We have just been instructed on a fantastic role for an Assistant Project Manager with one of the leading professional Project Management consultancies in Wellington.

This is an extraordinary career launching pad for an aspiring project professional who wants to receive an intensive on the job education in professional Project Management.

It would suit a mentally agile, ambitious graduate from an Architectural, Engineering, Construction/Project Management background who has between 1 – 3 years experience in a property, design or engineering consultancy.

You will be required to provide support to Senior Project Managers and Director along with; assistance in the preparation of reports and presentations, liaising with stakeholders and other consultants, contract administration and construction monitoring.

Applicants should meet the following criteria;

  • A property, construction, architectural or engineering qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • The ability to confidently interact with professionals at all levels of business.
  • 1 – 3 years post graduate industry experience.
  • Familiar with property, legal and project management terminology.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong initiative. 
  • Computer literate.
